- Pose security risks
5. In-App Purchases
- Payments are handled by Apple App Store / Google Play
- Purchases are subject to platform policies
- Refunds are handled by the platform
6. Intellectual Property
All App content is owned by SynTech and protected by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The App is provided "as is"
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months
8. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes. If a dispute cannot be
resolved, it will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and courts of the
Republic of South Africa.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
